Office Manager and Communications Assistant

Description: Job Description:

- Will interact with customers and coordinate customer inquiries and requests concerning Ateki Corporation services.

- Will be required to provide a high-level of customer satisfaction and will work well under general supervision.

- Will be required to perform a variety of tasks and will be expected to rely on experience and judgment to accomplish their daily goals.

- Will be looking for full-time employment and will be able to work from 8:30 am until 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications: Qualifications:

- Have a general knowledge of the graphic design, website design, or marketing industry.

- Have excellent organizational skills, penmanship, and be computer literate.

- Maintain a professional appearance and possess an amenable speaking capacity.

- Have a positive personality, excellent interpersonal skills, and be comfortable participating in meetings and daily business activities.

- Be detail oriented with the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks effectively and efficiently.

- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows, and/or Apple Macintosh OSX.

- A college degree is not required, however strong communication and grammatical skills are required.
